| We don't use paint, we use Adobe Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro. If you would like to join you can learn how to use photoshop and the basics of editing manga here. I think you should learn a bit of photoshop first and then I'll give you the test. It's really not that hard. :) Good luck! | |

| I can help with the editing as well. I've actually gotten a bit better at photoshop since I've gotten it but still needs a bit of improvement. I've gone through 1/2 of the guide but I'll be done soon | |

| Yeah! That's the way to do it!
Photoshop is pretty easy, especially when you have to edit. Well, the white bubbles, of course. It's the cloning that really determines the skill level of an editor... expect lots of cloning in the editor's test. ><
STUDY STUDY STUDY!!! :)

| Really? Clone stamping's that tough? I never really found it difficult; see once you zoom in a lot, then you notice lots of similar pixels to use, and since zoomed it that much, the changes you make are actually really minsicule, so when you zoom out to the normal size, even if you mess up a bit, it's barely noticeable. Cover it up with some text, it's even less noticeable. :]
I guess I can help a bit with editing if you really want me to.

| Ok, as the guy who is editing an entire chapter, I probably shouldn't be saying this... but I haven't a clue what any of the techniques previously mentioned are... actually, I didn't even know of a guide... The only question I really have though is about the text that covers the pictures. I forget if we are trying to eliminate those, or keep them in. Or if we even decided. I'm referring to large text that covers a lot of the picture, not just small bits. | |

Eh, as in text that isn't in a white bubble (that is made easy peasy?)? Well, you could eliminate those right now since I think you have free time to do so now. Plus, the translations aren't out yet, so you could just get rid of those before it takes you too long during the process of putting the words on. :D

| Well, the problem is that the words are covering up a lot of the picture, so if we try to remove them, we'll either have shoddy cover-up, or white spaces. Neither of which really would look good. I suppose I could take a crack at it, but it probably won't look very good. Maybe after I stop being lazy and find out how to post pictures I can show you guys what I mean. | |

| I've read online mangas that have really bad editing. On other mangas, some people just put what it says in the spaces.
Like this one.

Here's one with white spaces.

| Yeah, the problem is very similar to those. Removing it makes it look really bad, so I'm not sure as to what I should do. | |

| I know! For that sort of situation, removing it would be veeeery bad :x That's why you'd have to zoom in a lot and clone it, then cover it with what you clone (photoshop). I don't know how to do it with other programs though. No, removing it with the eraser tool would be horrible if you don't intend to cover it up. NONONO!Let's not do that >< | |

| Well, the situation makes it difficult to just clone it. Otherwise I'd do that. I'm going to go ahead and do a very small spoiler:
The text is over some butterflies and again when Amu is transforming. Now, the second one MIGHT be possible, but extrememly difficult. The first one will only be harder. I'm probably going to leave them as this though, and send them that way to whoever does the final check before release. If they don't like it, I can try to get it better, but no promises.

| Probably not. You'll need it to be in html code, with it being an IMG or whatever... that's not my forte area ><
What I do is use my photobucket account. The code and separate url is totally done for you, so you just copy, paste it here, and it'll show up once you post it.

Yeah, there's a test, and Karin would be happy to give it to you =) Our group is kinda slow at things, since we're so dependent on translations from Angelic Powder (and we need our own, active translator!!!), so I don't think you'd be too busy here ^^
