Introduce usually means you mention things about yourself... all you did was say hello, now I have no idea which anime you like/dislike and other random bits of important information... ; ;

I'm pretty sure it's Misuzu Kamio from Air (had to get full name from wikipidia). It's a little small, so I'm not 100% certain, but I think it's her.

If I recall, it was a little depressing, but there are some really funny clips. It's a good watch, and if you like it, I've got others to recommend to go watch.
